Before focusing on mortgage lending, Lance spent more than a decade as a financial planner, giving him a deep understanding of how home financing fits into a family’s larger financial picture. He holds a degree in Finance from Middle Tennessee State University, where his passion for helping others build financial stability began.

Originally from Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Lance is rooted in his community. He and his wife, Kimberly, have been married for 15 years and are raising their two sons, Sam and Carter, who keep them busy on the baseball field, basketball court and beyond. When he’s not helping clients or coaching his boys, Lance enjoys traveling with his family, and volunteering.
